Each year the annual accounts are audited by the Auditor General for Wales. Prior to this date, any interested person has the opportunity to inspect and make copies of the accounts and all books, bills etc relating to them for 20 working days on reasonable notice. For the year ended 31st March 2026 these documents will be available on application to John Roberts, Clerk to the Council, Rhos Newydd, Gellifor 01824 704776 or clerk@llangynhafal.org.uk between the hours of 5.00pm and 8.00pm Monday to Friday commencing on 6th July to 31st July 2026. From 14th September 2026 until the audit has been completed, electors have the right to question the Auditor General about the accounts.
